Due to the rising cost of products, ingredients, and supplies, we regret to inform you that we will be raising all of the prices on our menu. The new prices will be effective June 1, 2009.

Mandatory Tax Increase

In an effort to keep our customers informed, we would like to announce that as of July 1, 2008, we will be required to charge 6.75% sales tax on all purchases due to the Transit Improvement Tax.

The “Transit Tax Area” includes five counties: Anoka, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, & Washington. Businesses within the Transit Tax Area will be required to add a 0.25% sales and use tax to the existing state sales tax (6.5%) administered by the Minnesota Department of Revenue. The tax will be used to fund improvements to the transit system (ie. light rail, commuter rail, & bus rapid transit).
